Our custom-made panel blinds look great over large spans of glass, such as sliding doors, bi-fold doors and large glass windows – or as a room divider. Panel blinds are made up of several panels of roller blind fabrics, which hang from a track and move left to right, or right to left.
The number of panels that your unique panel blind will have depends on the width of the area the blind will be located in. Our custom-made panel blinds can be made from many fabrics, ranging from blockout and translucent fabrics.
An option that can be very effective, if the right fabrics and colours are chosen, is to alternate the panel colours to give a striped effect. This breaks up the solid colour and makes the panel blinds a feature.
If you want to buy panel blinds, it is always good to make sure you have plenty of wall space on either side of the window. It is important to keep in mind the panels all stacks back to either side of the window, so if you don’t want to lose any views out of the window, then the panels will need to go off onto the wall.
