At Perfect Blinds, we manufacture all of our custom-made blinds in our Melbourne factory, this gives us ultimate control over the time frame and guarantees that the quality of our product is second-to-none.
During the manufacturing process, we use a range of components, clutches and other solutions from SunBoss for our roller blind applications. This gives us the confidence that all the products we manufacture are of a high standard. Other products we use during the manufacturing process are pelmets, bottom rails with bumper strips, cassette systems and motorisation.
Pelmets are used over the top of rollers to hide the application. They are powder coated with available colours being white, cream, grey, black and, depending on the fabric that has been chosen, they can be covered in the same fabric as the blinds.
All our Roller blinds have a bottom rail attached to them to add weight to the blind when it rolls down. We also have bottom rails that have a bumper strip at the back to ensure that the blind doesn’t knock the window frame.
Our Roller Blinds with a cassette system is great for shift workers, or people that need complete darkness to sleep. The roller blind is fully enclosed with channelling around the blind to stop light from filtering in.
