I would like to express my appreciation for the recent service and assistance that I received from your company. Two people in particular were very helpful in the circumstances that I required the work to be done in.

Please pass on my thanks to Julianne at your Edithvale office. Julianne was the first person I spoke to and was able to get the measurer Geoff Davis to contact me within half an hour to organise a suitable time to come and measure some windows for me. I was under a short time restraint and required the blinds to be measured and made by COB Friday at the latest. The blinds were ready for me to pickup first thing Friday morning. I only rang late in the day on Monday.

Geoff called me and we were able to work out a convenient time for the next day, so the blinds could be made within the time frame. Nothing was ever too hard or an impossible task.

I hope the management team appreciates the quality of service that these two members of your staff have provided as sometimes this may be overlooked. Please again pass on my thanks and appreciation to both Julianne and Geoff.

I would just like to take the time to comment on the service I have received in obtaining my Holland blinds. I first contacted your Edithvale office for some advice after ringing around many other companies for some quotes and to help answer some questions. The other companies included Vista, Victory, Capri and maybe one or two others. The staff on the end of their phone lines either could not help me, did not return phone calls, gave me minimal information, and in one case even told me that I would I have to ring back the next day as she had a report due in to her supervisors that day and didn’t have enough time to talk to me.

So you can imagine the relief when I came across Julianne which I believe is from your Edithvale office. Her advice was helpful, abundant, and given to me in a friendly professional manner. She also returned phone calls promptly to give me quotes and on top of that your pricing was very competitive.

(I was willing to pay the extra price given the service from you guys even if you were a little dearer than the others.)
